Beauty Lotion a Daily Necessity |

We have had a spate of incredibly hot weather lately so the first thing I do is put my beauty lotion on first thing in the morning. It has an SPF of 35 in it which protects me from sun damage when I pop outside to cook our food. I cook nearly all my food in solar ovens which is a great way to cook when the AC is running nearly nonstop and the temperatures are over 110. All that heat stays outside, and my house stays cooler than if I were making meals in the kitchen.
I wouldn't consider going outside without beauty lotion on in the summer, and I make sure that the kids put sunscreen on, too, if they are going outside for more than five minutes. They are not real motivated to do so because when the temperature gets this hot, they'd rather stay in and play online games. Beauty lotion with an SPF factor is the only way to get through summer here and I use a lot of it. We buy it online to save money. We figure we spend $10 a day cooling the house down, so the money I save buying beauty lotion and other creams online helps to keep the family cool inside and my skin nicely hydrated, not to mention avoiding the sun's nasty rays that cook delicious food but do a number on my skin. |
