women's perfume

I was thinking about the four bottles of women's perfume I have sitting on my dresser. Of them, two are the original bottle I either received, or purchased myself; where as the other two are either the fourth or fifth bottle, or even the second. Needless to say, I used to wear women's perfume all the time, even when I worked in retail. I still love the different scents of women's perfume that are sitting on my dresser, but I just don't have it in my budget to replenish them as often as I used to, if I were to wear them every day.

So instead, I wear body splash, which when you think about it, is like the poor man's women's perfume. It's a great way of treating yourself to a little luxury when you can't afford the pricier alternative. I still wear my perfumes, mostly sticking to one or two scents these days, but I save them for special occasions, like going out to weddings, or something like that. It's that added bit of indulgence that I allow myself that makes me feel special. By saving my women's perfume for special occasions, I can appreciate it more. Kind of like a little girl who, while watching her mom gets ready for a night out with her dad, gets a dab of her mom's favorite perfume on her wrist.
