creamsThis picture is of a product that promises to reduce wrinkles and protect the skin from aging. This cream should be worn at night, and most dermatologists recommend that the skin creams be used overnight for the most effective prevention and healing that they offer. One of the best reasons for using creams when it's dark out is because sunshine wreaks havoc on many of the ingredients in them and can reduce their effectiveness. When you pay a chunk of change for skin creams, you want them to give you their best performance, so I'm heeding the advice, and applying this only at night and using my other SPF creams for daytime use.

The sun brings so much to life in this world. Without it we wouldn't be here, but on unprotected skin, sunshine is not always its best friend. It contributes to lines and wrinkles and while some people don't mind them, others look at them as if they are major beauty flaws. I'm on the fence on that one. Time takes its toll on everything living and it's just part of being alive to see the ebb and flow of life on all that lives.
