women's perfume, beauty lotionMy girlfriend got a new bottle of women's perfume for Christmas. It was a great change from the scented beauty lotion she usually turns to. Don’t get me wrong the beauty lotion smells good but this new fragrance is something else. It’s main ingredient is blackberries or that’s what she told me. All I know is the sweet smell reminds me of picking and eating blackberries from the bushes around the backyard I grew up in. They are such a great fruit. They were my go to food when building forts or running around the woods. This may be why the women's perfume smells so good. I think it is a blend between a familiar smell and just a great scent.

Obviously, the blackberry women's perfume smells like something other then the berry itself but whatever was added into the chemical makeup is pure genius. It makes me want to eat a steaming slice of blackberry pie with a scope of ice cream. I have a soft spot for sweet smelling things. So far, 2010 has smelled really good. Maybe this is a sign of positive things to come. Best of luck in the New Year.
